So it's over. Another wppi has come and gone, boy are we beat, but what a great feeling. Yesterday we saw Mike Larson speak about leadership and systems in the business of photography and today we sat in with Gene Higa an SF local who talked about branding and how important it is to your studio and clients. We stuck around after both lectures and talked to them about doing workshops at beatnik! HUGE!

What a Amazing amount of energy around this convention and trade show. Lindsay and I are stoked to bring it back to Sac and really give the industry back home a new name and face! beatnik studios has been fueled with drive and determination since we opened, but now, watch out. Change is in the air, get ready to hit the ground running with us as we do it up beatnik style for our 2nd year!

Last night Linds and I went all out! We met up with Alt F crew at The Double Down (a kick ass punk rock bar) and had a great time at the Anti Workshop Reunion... Thanks so much John and Dalisa, you always know how to throw a party:) Then we pulled a fast one and party hoped over to the Hard Rock Hotel for the Blu domain party, we owe them a big thanks. We had too much fun... So to BLUdomain thanks for throwing an amazing party! You guys rock! Anyone who needs a website should check 'em out. Our site is a blu template and so is Wes's, Lindsay's, and mine.

All in all we had a blast hanging with old friends and making new ones. We talked with some of the best photographers in the industry, and connected on new levels. We leave vegas humbled, ready, and hungry! Stay tuned for photos of our trip!
